Measure thigh circumference (A) at the widest part of the upper rear leg. Measure calf circumference (B) below the knee. Both measurements in cm.

Slide the brace onto the rear leg. Thread the waist strap. Adjust until snug but not tight. You should fit two fingers under any strap.
